Cherie began her Real Estate career in the mid-1990’s.  Her father began building homes in the late 1950’s and growing up in a family of builders set the foundation for her career and paved the way to successfully closing over 1000 property transactions. Understanding the building process has given her a keen eye and excellent navigation skills in the listing and selling process.
Cherie’s natural way with people and an innate ability to determine what they are looking for in a home allowed her to quickly build a valued client base, which she maintains to this day.
She and her husband, Paul, began developing luxury homes in West Bellevue and Kirkland in 2012, where her design abilities and knowledge of what homeowners want have been pivotal in their success.
When she’s not assisting her clients, Cherie enjoys writing sonnets, giving back to her community on the Eastside, especially Bellevue where she resides and the Greater Seattle area. Cherie also loves spending time with her 12 grandkids, lovingly referred to as “Dozen Cousin” and her husband, with whom she owns Lang Homes.

Seniors Real Estate Specialists SRES
Seniors Real Estate Specialists or SRES designees are REALTORS qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 50+. By earning the SRES designation, you have demonstrated the necessary knowledge and expertise to counsel clients age 50+ through major financial and lifestyle transitions in relocating, refinancing, or selling the family home.

Global Luxury Properties Specialist
This designation is earned and awarded to elite agents who have shown exceptional knowledge, experience and leadership in the luxury market. A Luxe Director guides other agents in the pricing, marketing and negotiations of their luxury listings.
Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist
Cherie has completed both classes and sales criteria for receiving the designation of Luxury Home Specialist. This involves training in luxury home marketing by the institute and awards an international designation to agents who meet performance standards in the upper-tier market.

Accredited Staging Professional (ASP)
The ASP Designation is earned through intense training in preparing a Seller’s home for “model home” appearance, awarded by Staged Homes, as seen on the television program 20/20.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
CRS is awarded by the Council for Residential Specialists, with focus on the listing process.
It recognizes professional accomplishments in the education and experience of those few agents (less that five percent) who have met its stringent requirements.
Certified Condominium Specialists CCS
Designation is one of a family of national designations granted by the council of CID Specialists to REALTORS for their professional use in their marketing, promotion, acquisition, divestment, and listing and selling activities of common interest developments.
