I heard about Cherie Lang through a couple of dear friends of mine who had recently built their first home. I initially reached out to her to ask some simple questions about the process of buying a home, but I had enough money saved and made enough per month that we were able to go through the whole process together! From prequalifying for a loan to closing on a home, Cherie and her assistant Reed were kind, patient, and informative. Cherie gave expert advice about how to make an appealing offer on homes but also tailored certain parts of offers we made because of anxieties I had as a first time home buyer (ex. not waiving financing so we wouldn't lose earnest money). She was also an excellent educator for me and was patient with me when there were certain concepts I didn't understand at first (like earnest money being part of a down payment). Cherie's assistant Reed was excellent at stepping up to the plate when Cherie was out of town visiting family. He helped me view several homes one weekend that I'd said I wanted to see. He was able to provide information for each home that I feel like helped inform me so I could make a wise decision about which homes I might want to make an offer on. I feel extremely lucky to have had these two by my side through my house hunting journey! I would absolutely recommend their services to anyone looking for real estate assistance.
